The room was good-sized with robes, the glass ceiling and a huge open space and the location was marvellous.

The room we were given was cozy and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent and high-quality, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was favourable short walk to the Bolchoi theatre and a major metro station, restaurants and street music and railway stations by taxi. The suite was tidy, nicely furnished, with a large bathroom. We met very attentive staff at this venue. The breakfast was outstanding and extensive; served in the lounge area.
Some of the staff were clearly inexperienced.

The staff were efficient and the location is amazing, close to all major sights including the Bolshoi, Kremlin, and St Basil's Cathedral. The breakfast was outstanding and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was tidy and I appreciated the separate bedroom. The late check-out was a nice touch.

We greatly enjoyed the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. Our suite was nicely furnished with the glass ceiling, nice view. The food was outstanding and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was superb and outstanding, the check in was friendly. Location: the hotel was next to all major sights Bolshoi, Kremlin, St Basil's Cathedral, the centre for shopping and red square, bolshoi theater, main metro station and beautiful cafes and restaurants.

The pool area was good and the location was great, right by a walkable downtown area with the best restaurants. The room was well-appointed and tidy with a nice view of Petrovka Street. The service offered was friendly.

The room was big and comfortable, and the concierge was helpful. The hotel also allowed for an early check-in and provided a pool and hammam facility.
